Emeralda Mitigation Bank provides UMAM-based freshwater credits to the Southern Ocklawaha River Basin. The bank offers state credits with federal pairing options and is scheduled to release in Fall 2025.

Emeralda is a mitigation site regulated by SJRWMD and serves portions of Lake, Marion, Orange, and Polk Counties. It supplies freshwater herbaceous and forested UMAM credits for state projects and allows pairing with federal needs. The bank is strategically located to address mitigation needs across central Florida. Credit availability is pending.
