JMB Ecological Offsets Announces the Acquisition of Brandy Branch Mitigation Bank

JMB Ecological Offsets is excited to announce the acquisition of Brandy Branch Mitigation Bank. Located in Nassau County and encompassing 763.21 acres, this freshwater wetland system is comprised of bottomland and upland forest, floodplain swamp, longleaf pine sandhill, and alluvial forest habitats. With this acquisition, JMB Ecological Offsets now has mitigation credits available to serve the Upper St. Marys River (SJRWMD 1) and Middle & Lower St. Marys (SJRWMD 2) Basin (HUC 03070204).
