RIBITS (Regulatory In-lieu Fee and Bank Information Tracking System)

RIBITS is the national tracking system for 3rd party mitigation (compensatory mitigation provided by mitigation or conservation banks, or in-lieu fee programs). The information in RIBITS includes types and numbers of banks and ILF program sites, associated documents, mitigation credit availability, service areas, and information on policies and procedures that affect bank and ILF program development and operation.

The FDEP Map Direct: Mitigation Bank Service Area Map is a statewide geographic information system (GIS) layer provided by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). It aggregates spatial data for mitigation bank service areas, which are defined regions where environmental enhancement and preservation projects are conducted to offset unavoidable wetland impacts.

National Wetlands Inventory: Wetlands Mapper

The NWI aims to inventory U.S. wetlands, and the Wetlands Mapper is a web-based tool providing access to over 34 million features of wetlands and surface water habitats across the United States. Users can navigate the map, find locations, and download wetland maps (PDF) and geospatial data (Geodatabase, Geopackage, or Shapefile), which are updated biannually.
