Mangrove Point is a SWFWMD-regulated bank serving Manatee, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties. It provides UMAM credits for saltwater forested and emergent wetlands, approved at both state and federal levels. The bank supports coastal mitigation projects within HUC 03100206. Credits are available for purchase.
