Pensacola Bay Mitigation Bank
Pensacola Bay Mitigation Bank spans 1,188 acres adjacent to the Garcon Ecosystem Preserve and provides UMAM-based credits for a variety of wetland and upland habitats in the Pensacola Bay region. The bank is permitted and approved by multiple agencies, including FDEP, USACE, EPA, and USFWS.
